At Fermenteria Smakelig, we live and breathe fermentation.
From our space in Sant Cugat del Vallès, we craft a wide variety of artisanal ferments: kombucha, kvass, sourdough, kimchi, koji, lacto-ferments, and more. Our passion for natural processes is reflected not only in what we make, but in how we live.
Our kitchen revolves around fire, fermentation and seasonality, with a wood-fired oven and artisan pizzas at the heart of our menu.
